So we are two generally happy people who booked a private tour to the cave. Cave was so cool and a fun thing to do, the whole tour including some snorkeling took us like 3,5 hrs. Upon arrival there were plenty of other tourist floating in a row like a band of pearls with their life jackets, being swum into the cave by a tour guide, which to us was hilarious. It looked really funny, but also smart way of getting asian tourists into a cave for a day of exploring despite the lack of swimming knowledge :) You gotta give Asians cred for their business savvyness. If you'd like the cave empty of people, come early in the morning, like always when you visit sightseeing places. And if you have a waterproof bag, bring it with you as there's a bit of land in the middle of the cave and a tiny beach where you can walk up on. We didn't and so that was a bummer. Enjoy Morakot Cave!

Sivalai is an amazing place and resort. I can absolutely recommend this place. The food, the room and the friendly staff make it a good experience. The beach and water are very nice. Their thai cooking class was very god and fun. The massage is also very relaxing and has a good price. We lived in first row, which is absolutely a must when you live in Sivalai. The diving/snorkling trip to Kho Rok was also great and is highly recommended.

Charlie beach is a scooter ride away! We rented a scooter half-day and regretted that we didn't come here earlier. We should have come here straight after breakfast and spent the WHOLE day here. Such a lovely place and felt to us like a hidden Gem having spent most of our time on the other beaches on this island. There are sunbeds for rent, good snorkeling on the left side of the beach where there are plenty of huge round rocks. Some beach snacks on the beach, and two restaurants tucked away in the side of the mountain on the left side of the beach. (the one we went to had great tasting food & drinks and cheap prices and was in general just a really chilled out place to hang out). Worth a visit!

If you get to Ko Muk, follow the trail west towards Charlie Beach. Maybe Chalie Beach. It is a couple kms from city center, you can take a tub-tuk if you don't feel like walking. The beach is gentle, little or no surf, great swimming...It is wide, almost 70 meters at low tide. Beautiful area, not heavily touristed although there are some resorts, bars and restaurants along the road.

My 1st visit. It's better than expected. The place is well kept and clean. We came yesterday on a Wednesday, not crowded but good flow of visitors. Must try: private hot bath huts. Each room can accommodate 5 pax. Comes with a shower and a huge round bath which have the natural hot spa water pipings - hot & regular temperature. Prepare a plastic bag to keep yr belonging dry. Just hooks, no table or shelf. Beautiful roof partially cover the bathing hut, so you can view the trees while soaking away. Definitely Must Try: Their massages. We are a group of 4, and everyone are satisfied with the therapist skills & environment. Special thanks to Rhupad, who speaks fluent English which made the visit so much easier. Must visit here again. Downside: the surrounding area are beautiful but not international tourists savvy. If you don't speak Thai, will be difficult to communicate or find food. Not much other activities to do except chilling, hot springs bath and excellent massage.
