Black Frog Divers is a friendly Internationally recognised PADI Diving Centre located in Torrox Costa, southern Spain. Torrox is one of the Andalusian white villages (like Nerja, Torre del Mar or Frigiliana, to name a few), overlooking the sea with a beautiful mountain backdrop. The Black Frog Divers dive centre is part of the Laguna Beach complex, which is conveniently located close to the shore. The Black Frog Divers team is small, consisting of two passionate and highly experienced PADI divers. Providing a very personal service concentrating on giving clients one to one attention and training ensuring an enjoyable and memorable experience. They speak Spanish, English, Italian and Polish and teach in the mother tongue of diving "sign language". As an established PADI Certified Resort, the team at Black Frog Divers offer recreational scuba dives to certified divers along with courses from "PADI Discover Scuba" to "PADI Dive Master". For those who want to explore the marine world from the surface we also offer guided "snorkelling" trips. We have a very big assortment of equipment for any age and size. The Mediterranean Sea is a rich environment with water temperatures varying between 14 and 28 degrees (winter and summer) and that makes scuba diving possible for year-round. As well as our characteristically professional and friendly service we ensure that you can see the best dive sites the Costa tropical has to offer, La Herradura, Marina del Este, Tarifa, Cado de Gata, and Calahonda. We dive from both shore and from the boat. We regularly organize diving trip abroad, exploring the underwater wonders of Egypt, Polynesia, Canary Islands and Asia to name a few. Roman remains located next to the lighthouse of Torrox have been identified as the Mansio Caviclum of the Antonine Itinerary, consisting of a Villa a mare, a salting factory reconverted into a necropolis, a potter's workshop and thermal baths. All this makes up the Archaelogical Site El Faro, declared a Protected Cultural Property in 2007.
