Set in the rolling hills of mid Devon, Wellhayes Vineyard produces quality sparkling wine on site from grapes grown solely in the vineyard. Visits to the vineyard, including wine tasting, are available by appointment on Wednesdays and Sundays at 3pm from May to September. From £8pp (£12 with cream tea).

Spent a wonderful afternoon on a tour of the vineyard with Simon. We were all thoroughly engrossed in the process and Simon was a very informative, knowledgeable and animated host. A very impressive set up and the wine was delicious! Thank you, a real highlight of our holiday.

Historic Pannier Market selling a diverse range of local artisan produce and handcrafted goods in the heart of Devon. Over 50% of products and produce sold here are sourced from Devon and surrounding West Country counties. Tiverton Market boasts a beautiful Grade II listed Victorian pannier market building with full length glass doors. With many specialist traders here every week, there is so much to see and enjoy. Regular market days include: Mondays 09:00 - 14:00 - Second-hand Goods Market, Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays 08:30 - 16:00 - General Market , Wednesdays and Thursdays 09:00 - 15:00 Mini Market. Delicatessen and Café open all week (Tuesday to Saturday). Award-winning Night Market takes place on the first Saturday of the month (May to September).
