We have a private collection of objects related to Mexican Wrestling (Lucha Libre), with more than 9,000 pieces, among them we have original masks, championship belts, pictures, key holders, piggy banks, comics, magazines, wrestling figurines of different poses and sizes... Everything and anything related to one of the most popular sports in Mexico.
My family and I did a day trip from San Diego and MULLME was our first stop. If you are a pop culture, superhero, wresting fan, don't miss this exhibit. Thank you so much!

This museum chronicles the early history of the Baja peninsula.
This place is unique because the movie you see has a round shape and you feel that you are inside the movie. It is amazing!! Come to this place. Its a beautifull experience.

The market was vibrant, colorful and fun. A local shop owner offered us a slice of whiskey soaked coconut and it was so delicious we bought a small chunk to take home. Also had some authentic and tasty Chile rellenos with rice, beans and tortillas. Due to COVID, restaurants took people’s temperatures and had a mat to sanitize shoes. Everyone wore masks as well. Since ours was a quick trip I didn’t get to look around much or buy souvenirs. But maybe next time! Some advice- bring your passport and allow plenty of time to get back to San Diego. The line up to get back through the border is long, slow and tedious. With lots of street vendors and men, women and children dodging traffic to try and sell you something. It took us 3 hours to get back to the border. Make sure to bring extra food, water and money with you. And make sure your gas tank is full.

A beautiful beach, some great views of the Coronado islands in the distance. There is a good path to walk on right next to the beach, and you can find some good restaurants with some amazing fish tacos. The crazy thing is seeing the border wall go right through the southern border and disrupt the entire coastline. Its interesting and sad to be down at the beach and see the impacts of the wall, the whole time we were at the beach we could hear the sound of border control helicopters flying over. A beautiful but sad place

To enter, you must give the counterman your driver's license so he can issue you a plastic card with you name on it. There are table games, slot machines, and sports betting (the only nearby legal sports betting outside of Las Vegas). The gambling is in Mexican pesos, so a $25 bet is about $1.50 US. You can feel like a high-roller! There is decent security and a metal detector at the entrance. The cashier readily converted my winnings back to dollars. The restrooms are clean. They are rehabbing the place, but it remains open.

Tijuana's main street, lined with little shops and American fast-food chain restaurants such as Burger King and Kentucky Fried Chicken.
Strolling on Avenida Revolucion is an experience every traveler to Tijuana needs to enjoy. It is amazing the variety of people and places, from world class restaurants to shops; from cafes to casinos; and yes, don't miss the zebra donkeys which will let you snap a pic for a mere $5.00! There are also a number of medical and dental clinics offering routine procedures at a fraction of the American price. And for your pharmaceuticals, there are tons of pharmacys offering over-the-counter and prescription meds and doctor's exams if you are not feeling up to snuff. Revolucion is pure fun! Start at Plaza Santa Cecilia where you will find shops and vendors of everything from clothes to silver; to knick-knacks and souvenirs. You will also find restaurants offering authentic Mexican fare and very reasonable prices. From the Plaza travel south and pass the zebra donkeys. After snapping the picture, do some window shopping. There are souvenir shops, leather goods stores, boutiques, bars, cafes, and tons of jewelry stores. Be sure to check out Emporium. It is well known to give the best bargains in quality silver jewelry and other unique items. We saw a beautiful, hand painted, hand carved wooden peacock among their art objects there. I should have grabbed it, but it would have been a lot to carry around town! Your stroll will take you by Caliente Casino, a small, fun gambling house that, while it doesn't rival Caesar's Palace, it does offer a very diverting gaming experience. After losing some money, you can walk a few doors more to Caesar's Restaurant and drown your bad fortune in any one of their signature cocktails and then taste some pretty fantastic food prepared in the old school style. Avenida Revolucion is where it's at in Tijuana, so enjoy your stroll.
