I’ve been living in Huế since 2016 and have found Hoang to be a fantastic person to do business with. Whether I need my bike repaired or I need an urgent bike rental, Hoang is always happy to help. Compared to other rentals in the area, his rates are competitive and has a range of motorbikes and scooters for rental. I know that if his customers have problems with their bikes, he is flexible to meet them and help them with any issues. I guess that’s the benefits of having a service that values customer happiness!

We rented bikes in Hội An for a day trip up to Huế from Style Motorbikes. They were super friendly, went out of their way to be helpful, and transported my computer bag for me so I didn’t have to ride with it over the Hải Vân Pass. Not only that but the bike that I rented had just 15km on it when they handed me the keys. Literally a brand new bike... Upon arriving in Huế, my bag was waiting along with a beer. The Huế location is their newest and the whole operation is well run.

This was an amazing trip, one we will never ever forget. Our guide Gaiu picked us up from our hotel in Hue and looked after us all day. He even took us to our hotel in Hoi An which we were very grateful for after a long day on the bike. Gaiu was extremely helpful and took us to some amazing places on the way: fishing villages, swimming at elephant springs, Dragon Bridge in Da Nang and lunch on a beach. The Ha Van Pass was immense we went through the clouds and back out again. We felt we were in safe hands with Gaiu, he guided us through the traffic and made sure we were all keeping up. Would highly recommend this trip, but it’s not for the faint hearted. You won’t be disappointed.

We (my boyfriend and I) did the Hai Van Pass from Hue to Hoi An with a motorbike from Gem’s and we are really happy with this decision. Don’t know why you should pay double the price for other rental services if you can go to Gem’s. We tried the bike a half day in Hue for 50 000 dong (fuel is NOT included so you have to fill up yourself). Woman in the shop was really friendly & English is good and could take it to the hotel with us for the next day (350 000 dong) to drive to Hoi An. In the morning they picked up the luggage at our hotel to bring it to Hoi An for us. During our (un-guided) trip, it rained a lot in the afternoon but we felt safe on our well-working motorbike. Don’t expect a brand new one but hey, you don’t want to drive a brand new motorbike in Vietnam ????. When we arrived all wet in the Gem’s shop at Hoi An, we could use the motorbike to go to our hotel where they dropped our luggage (carefully packed in plastic!) and they took the motorbike back with them. Again really nice people in Hoi An too. What a service! What a good day! Thanks a lot!
