Karijini National Park

We spent 3 night in a spacious, quiet site in Dales Gorge Campground. Everywhere we visited in Karijini NP was beautiful from the spectacular view to excellent walks and hikes. The visitor centre is about 10 km from Dales Campground, it has free wifi and a shower. In the overflow area near the Information centre you can dispose of rubbish and obtained some water. I personally loved the Dales Gorge round trip hike down to Fortesque falls, Fern Pool, walked through the Gorge to Stunning Circular Pool then climbed approximately 100 metres up, out of the Gorge. Also the view at Oxer Lookout is stunning. There are plenty of toilets throughout the NP and parking plus at Weano Gorge there is a picnic area. There is some dirt, corrugated roads into Weano and Hancock Gorges. No Telstra. Highly recommend.

Had a tour with Leann and Dale from the Murujuga Rangers. Excellent knowledge of the area, rock art, history, flora and fauna. There was only two of us and they came all the way out to give us a tour! Can’t stress how incredible the place is. Definitely recommend. Keep up the good work!

Millstream-Chichester National Park

Pick you time to visit - straight after the rains the pools will be a bit muddy, wait for a week or two for the pools to clear up. There are many pools to be found in this area. Python pool is always very busy with people, we tend to look for those out of the way spots where there is no one. Make sure that you have large amounts of water(incase you break down). You have your devices charged and a spare charger. Take your time on the roads and enjoy the rugged beauty of this place Take a picnic, sunscreen, hat and good walking shoes.
