We visited Cambodia & vietnam for 14 days.. It was really well organised.. From the start till end everything was very well organised. Since it was a budget trip the hotels which were booked was way better than we expected. Any queries jasmine always was there to solve it within few minutes. I would definitely recommend people to go with this agency. They are really good. Due to some mis communication there was some confusion in ho Chi Minh City and within no time we got back our refund.

The staff was very accommodating to our large group, and the scenery was spectacular. We traveled with a vegetarian, and multiple people who were wanting other options besides seafood, and the Genesis Regal delivered! Highly recommend this experience!

Highly recommend these guys to explore Ninh Binh. Our tour guide Son, was amazing, he spoke very well and was easy to have a laugh with. It was a more exclusive tour with the groups being capped at 7 the transport was a smaller bus and very comfortable.

We booked directly on the Oasis Cruise website where we were prompted to pick a date and put down a $90 deposit for a 2D1N party cruise. 3 days later we received a notification that there were no cruises on the chosen date despite their site allowing us to select and pay deposit. We were offered a day cruise as an alternative and the customer service team was very proactive in contacting us and trying to get us to book a different date although none of the replacements fit our plans. We then asked for a refund and suddenly, the previously very attentive customer service team stopped answering our emails. We have sent 2 follow up emails regarding this payment we made in JUNE and we still haven't heard anything back. We are very disappointed in the service and support from this company and could see no reason to ever book with them direct, if at all. There are a large number of cruise lines operating in this area and we found a great alternative with excellent customer service.

I just had a Tet holiday with my family at Mai Chau Hideaway Lake Resort. It’s a beautiful place with an infinity pool and bungalow rooms. The breakfast was delicious with many dishes both European and Asian. You can experience Hoa Binh lake right at resort by boat, kayak or bamboo rafting. The atmosphere here is very cool, quiet, really suitable for a family vacation.

I had a good trip with my friend. We started from Asia Group Tour office about 7.30 am. The room is verry clean, friendly staff and profestional guide After lunch at 12.30, we check in with deluxe bungalow. Wow, our room is so best, large, cool and have good mountain and fields view We start join bike trip about 2 hours through the Mai Chau village and green field. It's really good experience There is a plus point for the trip about Thai traditional dance after dinner, I tried dance with local people and drank "ruou can" In the second day, after have breakfast and check out, we leave Mai Chau and go to Pu Luong, I trekking in 3.5 hours, same about 7km through village and terraced fields After have lunch, I returned Mai Chau and back to Hanoi by bus Good exprience
