Travelers come to Thalang to do everything from play golf to cool off in water parks to relax in spas and take part in Thalang yoga. Many come to Thalang to snorkel in the jungle-surrounded aqua blue marines and caverns, and enjoy quiet dinners on the beach. Those looking for nighttime excitement can visit the Phucket Fanta Sea park, which contains live shows, restaurants, shopping and wonderful photo ops. During the daytime, the region is bustling with markets, outdoor cafes and tour buses, so there's always something to do no matter the time of day.

We called in here while on a tour round Phuket with a driver and are glad we did, The reclining Buddha is so big and colourful, and despite being right next to the main road it was still nice and peaceful. Well worth a visit.

Good view of Landing fort runway 09. Take photo with aircraft which land to Phuket Airport. Many people have a nice shoot for Winter season in Phuket.

It is a lovely temple waling distance from the beach. There are several beautiful buildings in a very green garden. It is not a big attraction by Phuket standards, so no crowds. While I was there, there were only three more tourists around. Good opportunity to walk in peace while enjoying the garden and architecture. It is not completely finished, one building is still under construction, but nevertheless it looks lovely.

There's a good news for Thailand lovers like me , Although Phuket is an island but you can go there Via Bus or Car. There's an amazing 660-meters bridge that is called Saphan Sarasin. The bridge connects Phuket island to the mainland of Thailand, imagine you are in Krabi and suddenly you miss Freedom Beach in Phuket, don't worry the solution is very easy, go to the first car rent shop and rent a car (1200 Baht Daily) and set off for the Freedom Beach. Or assume it's high season and you can't find a direct flight for Phuket island, don't worry and listen to me, First: Catch a flight for Bangkok. Second: take a "Grab" and go to the Bangkok Southern Bus Terminal (Sai Tai Mai), it takes about one hour. Third: buy a ticket for Phuket Bus Terminal 2 (in tambon Ratsada), the bus trip takes about 12 hours and the average ticket price is 1100 Baht. And if you want to stay less than 1 week in phuket, it's better to rent a car from Bangkok airport (credit card is needed) and drive to phuket , and when you finished the trip, drive back to Bangkok and give back the Car. Crossing the Sarasin old bridge (buil in 1951) is always exciting. The 11-meters width bridge holds the name of "Pote Sarasin" Thailand's Foreign Minister.
