Teruel (Spanish pronunciation: [teˈɾwel]) is a city in Aragon, located in eastern Spain, and is also the capital of Teruel Province. It has a population of 35,675 in 2014 making it the least populated provincial capital in the country. It is noted for its harsh climate, with a very big daily variation on temperatures and its renowned jamón serrano (cured ham), its pottery, its surrounding archaeological sites, rock outcrops containing some of the oldest dinosaur remains of the Iberian Peninsula, and its famous events: La Vaquilla del Ángel during the weekend closer more to the 10th July (Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday), and "Bodas de Isabel de Segura" around the third weekend of February.

It’s more then only a church visit. Also the mausoleum from Teruels most famous lovers is placed here. And the church is also like the cathedral definitely worthy of a visit. For sure when you do the full tour and also go up on the rooftop and get guided over all the grounds. Tours are think it only in Spanish but with the audio book I got around fine. Staff is also very pleasant and friendly!

Over seven centuries after being built in the early XIVth century, the Tower of El Salvador still leaves us speechless. As it was the last tower in Teruel to be erected, it is among the esteemed landmarks that have been inscribed on UNESCO's World Heritage List in 1986. The Tower actually consists of two towers, one inside the other. The Almohade model was indeed kept in mind; the architects and builders were Mudéjars, who were Muslims employed by the Christians at the time From outside, we can enjoy the brick and ceramic calligraphies as well as the street at its feet, as if intending not to disturb. Inside, 122 steps lead us to three rooms whose mortar plastered walls keep charming graffiti from the time of its erection; and we keep spinning upstairs like dancing Dervishes up to the bellfry. Once there, we lean out, take our time to feel the air, listen to the whisper and watch the sunshine on the glazed ceramics, the urban tapestry of Teruel, ''The City of Towers.''

Somos un espacio en constante evolución. Dedicados al arte de la coctelería, la música y el espectáculo. Esperamos ofrecer lo mejor de nosotros!
I love this place. Every single time I go there, I am welcomed with a smile and treated kindly. It reminds me of a great LA hip spot or a NYC bar in the East Village. They play great music and I always have a great time. I recently went to their live music vermut and had a blast. The energy is positive and cool.

Flanagan's Temple U2 is Official Irish Pub was opened in December 1996, it was not until 2012 that it redecorated to pay tribute to the Irish band U2. Such decoration is, with no doubt, one the largest exhibited collections devoted to this mythical band. and U2, undoubtedly one of the most extensive collections on display dedicated to the mythical grupo(300 m).
What a find ! If you like U2,or actually even if you don't, I think you will appreciate all the memorabilia. This is a great place to enjoy the Irish 'vibe', great music and drinks including draught Guinness and Afligen. Great generous measures of spirits. A large pub with lots of nooks and crannies. Well worth the walk up a bit of a hill to find this place.

This beautiful cathedral appears modest for Spanish standards but look above and the ceiling is amazing. The side chapels are more ornate and the peace within is uplifting.
