Located in the Front of the Tara Memorial Hall, the timber honour board and sandstone cenotaph was built in 1999, in remembrance of all those who served and lost their lives in conflicts.

Grevillea Park is a newly refurbished picnic area in the center of town. This is the perfect place for the kids to have a play or to simply sit and enjoy the beautiful gardens, the emu and camel sculptures throughout the park.
This park was opened in 2007 to commemorate 100 years of Closer Settlement at Tara. These settlers are recognised by the plaques and monuments throughout the park.
