We are family owned business situated in the Tamar Valley, Northern Tasmania. Our 25 acre homestead is approx 30mins from Launceston. We offer a unique experience to our guests to learn how to make a variety of artisan workshops in cheesemaking, sausage making, cold processed soap and body products, salami and charcuterie, brewing and distilling, sourdough and fermenting, and pickled preserves, jams & sauces just to name a few. We have three tiny cabins and also do private tours in our own bus!
