We rented two bikes from this shop to bike along the east coast and rift valley. They allowed us to return the bikes to their shop in Taitung. Although the staff's English is not great they went out of their way to communicate and help us out. I reserved the bikes in advance over email (I would recommend to do so). Because we were ment to depart on a public holiday they allowed us to pickup the bikes one day earlier free of charge. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!
