Syracuse Yoga is a state of the art Yoga studio in Syracuse, NY at 6181 Thompson Road Suite 803. We offer a broad range of Yoga classes that are suitable for all levels of practice including Vinyasa, Restorative/Yin, and Iyengar traditions.
I began my yoga practice at Syracuse Yoga 3 months ago at the age of 60 in mediocre shape. Every teacher has guided me with care, while challenging me to push myself. I love every class I've been to. Plus....the rhythm of the trains!
We are a 24/7 facility for members only. Daily passes are available during staffed hours only: M-F 9a-6p Sat or Sun 9a-3p. Prior arrangements must be obtained for after hours access, or for short term memberships. Finding a gym in the Downtown Syracuse area, that suits you, can be difficult. At Powerhouse, we do our best to provide the amenities our clients require.
