Proposed to my now fiance and could not recommend VIP any more highly. The guys and the night were amazing. After dinner at Darling Harbour on a Saturday night, they were on time to pick us up outside of our restaurant and took us to a beautiful spot on the harbour, right on sunset. Everything but the weather went to plan, but it made for an unforgettable evening. Even with rain, the boat was still undercover and made for some beautiful photos. If you need the perfect private place to propose, right in the middle of Sydney, with iconic views, I can definitely recommend Ron and Don.

We arrived in Sydney this morning with two young children in tow. Flight was early but the driver had checked that and was also early. Received text message before going through immigration and he checked our progress as we got through it all (took quite a while). Found him straight away after we exited customs and he was very helpful with bags and loading the car/getting us organised. Nice relaxing drive with a very cheery driver and it had rained (after all the fires) so t was fresh outside. Absolutely recommend this service.

Used shuttlemate for a few journeys whilst in Sydney. There was great communication about the car & driver picking us up. The cars were clean and comfortable and the drivers great. I had to change one of our pickup times at very short notice but this was no problem to reschedule. Would definitely use them again.

We used LuxCar for transport from Sydney Airport to our downtown hotel, then again from the hotel to White Bay Cruise Terminal to start our cruise. Our driver, Austin, was extremely courteous, personable and helpful, from meeting us in the arrivals to helping with the luggage and providing excellent information about the areas we drove through and some tips on places to visit while in Sydney. We liked him so much we requested his services for our trip to the Terminal. The fact that he showed up to drive us in a Maserati Quattroporte (my wife's dream car!) was a real bonus! We had to make a last minute change to our pick-up time for the trip to the White Bay, and LuxCar went out of their way to accommodate us. Excellent and timely communications were a real plus!
