Very interesting and thought-provoking. It must be exhausting for North Korea to keep up this ruse for almost 70 years. Although Covid 19 has put a damper on the DMZ tours, our guide made the best of it. She was well prepared with tickets, directions, and instructions.

My group of six friends chose Top Korea for a private tour of Seoul. It was a day before their lunar New Year. At first, we didn’t know what to expect whether most of the places we want to see will be closed. But with our pleasant surprise, Miae of TK showed us around from seeing the Changing of the Guards still being celebrated in their Royal Palace to their traditional street market, the beautiful Hanok village and Jogyesa temple to the modern structure, Dongdamun Design Plaza. She took us to a great Korean BBQ for lunch that we enjoyed so much. Miae is a very personable and knowledgeable guide. She made our tour easy and comfortable-not rushed at all, giving us time to take it all in and have lots of photos. We felt like she’s more of a friend showing us around the city. I learned so much about the beautiful city, it’s culture and history and people in one day. I can’t wait to visit the city again and see other areas like Busan and Jeju island. I highly recommend Top Korea when you visit Seoul!

This was a great tour. Michael the best guide. Nothing too small for him to help with, and lots of fun too. The cherry blossom outside the Hanok was amazing and the night we spent in the village very peaceful. Make sure to visit the mask museum before attending the performance, which is very interesting and lively. The kids enjoyed it too. The village is very special - Over 300 years old and it feels like it has never changed. After the frenetic pace of Seoul, it is a fantastic place to chill out for a day or two.

A popular day trip out of Seoul, sprawling Suwon (수원) is the largest city in Gyeonggi-do province, with World Heritage–listed fortifications still looping around its heart. Suwon almost became the country's capital in the 18th century, when Joseon dynasty ruler King Jeongjo built the 5.7km-long walls in 1794–96 ahead of moving the royal court south. However, the king died, power remained in Seoul, and Suwon ended up with one hell of a tourist sight. The city is located around 30km south of Seoul.
Inclusions: Entrance fee for the mentioned tour attractions, Air-conditioned vehicle, All Fees and Taxes
Exclusions: Lunch

Suwon Hwaseong is one of the unique architecture in the 18th century, providing a glimpse into the scientific, architectural, and artistic aspects of Korea. It is considered a unique building in the construction history. Hwaseong Fortress in Suwon is easily influenced by its beauty even if you don't have any background knowledge of history. It is even ironic to feel beautiful in the castle associated with the war. Also, Hwaseong Fortress is emerging as an icon of Korean traditional historical culture and is becoming a popular tourist attraction in the world.
