Our Urban style cellar door, brewary, brew pub and wine bar is the perfect contrast to our rustic farming roots. We are the closed Southern Highlands cellar door to Sydney located just as you enter the highlands. We offer a truely immersive experience as the only operating winery & brewery where your tasting whilst we are making around you. We aim to be pressing, bottling, brewing, stomping on Fridays & Saturdays every week so you can really experience the production of our wines, ciders and beers first hand. As the day gets on we bring down the tables and chairs and fire up the smokers and ovens for a casual dinning experience on weekend evenings until 10pm. Coming soon is our Smokey Sundays the perfect recovery session with chilled beats and smoked meats. Tractorless Vineyard embraces a combination of old world knowledge and skills with new world techniques all guided by Biodynamic principles.
Our first time staying at a winery, it's a perfect place to get to from Canberra. This old style homestead is a great couples getaway from the busy tourist spots. The winery host Michelle was lovely and the staff were helpful and friendly. We had a nice time wine tasting in the wine shed, it was hot in the shed as it was 38 degrees outside. A good selection of wine made at the winery, with my recommendation being the 2018 Reserved Cabernet Sauvignon. My wife preferred the Pear Cider made at the winery. The winery grounds are beautiful, with huge Pine trees around the Homestead and geese roaming the grounds as guard dogs. Breakfast and lunch are at the Cafe within the grounds, with the best inhouse roasted coffee you would get anywhere. A two night visit would be my recommendation to anyone and the bridal suite is my selection for the room. No TV in the rooms, its a good thing. But there is a common lounge room with TV and tea/coffee . Bowral is only 20 minutes away if you are interested in shopping. We will plan to go back soon with friends and family.

Had a wonderful day at SHW. Went for wine tasting with husband and daughter. Cassandra was so friendly and helpful. Explained all the wines and gave us a tase of the sparkling. As a consequence we purchased 20 bottles. Then went to their restaurant and had a delicious lunch. Caprese Salad, Scotch fillet beautifully cooked and duck gnocchi. Service by Evo and Wydia and Canadian girl was first class with excellent attention to detail. Very impressive. Beautiful atmosphere and views. Highly recommended.

Cherry Tree Hill is a boutique, family owned and run single vineyard producing award winning cool climate wines. Our cellar door is set by one of our picturesque vineyards and is a perfect place to taste wines and perhaps enjoy a local tasting board. Our staff are friendly and informative. We look forward to welcoming you soon. Open 7 days
The perfect little stop off between Sydney and Canberra...We always love to see Linda at the cellar door, gee she knows her stuff! The ‘Diana’ 2018 Chardonnay goes down like a dream...definitely my favourite wine from the region.

What a nice find so close to the highway. Friendly hosts, with a limited selection of wines reasonably priced. Try the home made Lemonchella - a gem. Had the home made soup and antipasta lunch - no bland mass produced food served here. Would recommend and will return.
