Just very close to the town centre of Guildford and Parking is behind Surrey County Cricket Club . Dapdune Wharf is brillant . Owned by the National Trust and a great day out for a boat trip and just chilling . The out buildings consist of a Ropery , Where you can buy gifts , A Stable and a Smithery . A Gunpowder store (Used to be ) and a lovely exhibition about the Wharf it self .And when i visited a photography exhibition where you can vote for your favourite pic . The boat trip was lovely , £4:20 per adult (Aug 2019 prices ) , A 40 mins round trip to Guildford town centre and back as the electric little boat (Holds 12 max ) slowey makes way upstream . The times vary as another boat takes you in the opposite direction . The town centre trips goes on the hour . The Skipper of the boat gives a running commentary and was superb , Telling you all about the history of the Wey . The tea room had plenty of seating inside and out and the toilets are located there as well . All of the staff were fantastic making you feel very welcome as well ..

Hello! and Welcome to The Boileroom Music Venue, we have been providing Guildford and the surrounding areas with a diverse programme of live music events for many years. We are a collective of people that all enjoy and feel passionately about the venue. We are available for private events from everything from wedding receptions to 40th birthday parties with catering.
What a great night, I love the atmosphere at The Boileroom and the enthusiastic, friendly and helpful staff. BC Camplight were on top form as always. The Boileroom gets amazing bands for such a small venue - I'll be back there soon for sure!

My family love visiting the library here. If we have enough time, I like to order something to eat and then take a leisurely stroll around the grounds. The ducks are nice too. Additionally on cold days we like to also visit the museum upstairs. Good bunch of activities which are on offer as well such as the exercise classes and the art club. My kids really enjoy the kid friendly activities in half term and the library storytime event. This is the perfect place to visit during the winter. There are also events that take place throughout the year like the Craft Fair at Christmas in addition. While it is a bit smaller than the other library in Ewell, it is still technically worth a visit. The staff are always pleasant if you need help. What could be better? Another fun activity to do on a hot day is to try and take photos outside of the ducks on the water. Or you can even try to feed them.

Visited Clubrooms at the south terminal and was looked after by Tom for the evening. Tom was extremely professional and seemed passionate about his job, making chat with everyone in the lounge. It’s an intimate lounge which really adds to the experience. The food and beverages on offer were great , recommend the smoked trout and makhani curry on offer! Our glasses were topped up all night and I’d have no hesitations coming back. Really pleased after the mixed reviews online

Upon arrival we were greeted and shown to our table, the lounge was almost full which i found surprising at 7am! Prosecco was brought over swiftly and topped up throughout our time here! We both had porridge and also a full English and you could help yourself to teas coffees and croissants etc. Joan and Theresa fully looked after us. Thank you!

Arrived at 6am with my daughter ,very nice lounge with a good choice of food & drinks. machines for hot drinks & fizzy drinks , fresh juices in fridges, a bar if u fancy starting your holiday with something abit stronger, I had a Bloody Mary-top brands used ???? Food was really good, cooked breakfast- bacon, proper sausages, scrambled egg & beans- lovely fresh rolls & croissants , cereals, fresh fruit & yogurt , the only disappointment was the fruit on top of yogurt was too sour to eat , & we wasn’t the only people to say this. Lounge did start to get busier but staff there made sure all food was refilled quickly & tables cleared straight away. Overall very happy with lounge, good value for money in a more relaxing environment, we will definitely return when at Gatwick Airport.

Discover a smarter way to depart with the award-winning No1 airport lounge collection and put the glamour back into flying, regardless of your airline or class of travel.
We had two hours to kill while waiting for our flight to Budapest and visited this priority lounge . Good selection of drinks and food on offer from hot dishes to snacks and light bites, plenty of comfortable seating ,friendly staff certainly one of the better lounges we have visited

Visited the No.1 Lounge at Gatwick South and had the pleasure of being offered a Clubroom. Definitely the way to go if you want a relaxing environment pre-flight. I was lucky enough to have a Clubroom all to myself, inside of which are sofas, side tables and floor to ceiling windows. I was given a menu from which to choose and my food was served within 15 minutes of me making my order. I usually fly in/out of Heathrow, however, if I am going through Gatwick again in the future I would not hesitate to come here.

Met at the door by a smart looking young man, said he was waiting for us and had a table reserved. The food is nice and the selection is adequate. The drinks are self service and the selection is good. This lounge is a lot more relaxed than the No1 lounge and is the one that I prefer of the both.
