The quality and standards of SVA is exceptional especially during COVID19 Times. I live in the UK and Dubai and have had the privilege to try many such spa's. I know a great spa when I see one. In Surat, this is the best really, Hands Down. The Quality of SVA was the closest to that of any Dubai Spa experience and also the UK. The standards of Marriot are so well preserved and the staff is incredible. I celebrated my Mom's special Birthday at the SVA. Shahid was truly impressive, polite and catering to all my needs from the first enquiry. Timba was superb and welcoming to all our questions and wishes. We booked a Mother-Daughter Birthday Special for 3.5 hours. This was made possible all thanks to Shahid and his amazing service. We even received a complementary Cake, Flowers and a very well planned surprise for Mom. The treatment was done to correct and complete timings. 90min, 30mins etc. and no short cuts were done in the process. The quality of products was outstanding to Marriot standards. Shahid made sure that the service helpers were aware of our requirements. The experience so so refreshing, enjoyable and we felt thoroughly overjoyed and relaxed. We had a great green tea after Steam, Sauna and Shower. The Ambience, music was superb! The treatment rooms were constantly cleaned, sanitised, disinfected and The staff was always in Masks, and sanitiser was used throughout the 3.5 hours. We felt, safe, secure and totally loved by the entire team at SVA. Unforgettable SPA experience. The Best Gift experience in Surat. Highly Recommend this to everyone. Make your loved one feel safe, secure, and special!
