This dedication culminates with the production of the first cava Llopart in 1887 in the former farmhouse of the family. The careful culture of 95 hectares of own vineyards, placed in a mountain zone, the selection of the best clusters, the delicate handcrafted process in our warehouses formed nowadays by a warehouse of vinification of upbringing wine, and a modern and integrated wine-cellar in the center of the Heritage, where it is possible to contemplate the privileged panoramic views of Penedés, guarantee the extraordinary quality of the wines and cavas Llopart.

After a long home-made Cava manufacturing tradition, on 1996 our Cava cellar decided to commercialize its most precious product: Cava. Nevertheless and even though we started commercialization, we’ve kept the same spirit and philosophy that we had in our beginnings. Because we believe in the singularity of each of our bottles, our cava cellar always has bet for a traditional manufacturing process applying a strict and careful follow-up from start to end.
