The Smog is a delightful, cosy, welcoming dog-friendly pub, that serves a changing selection of cask and huge selection of bottled beers. The staff are friendly and knowledgable, able to offer drinking advise for the indecisive customer. Sunday dog walks, and a fiendishly difficult Tuesday quiz.

my grand-children love this park - we take a bag of wild bird seed to feed the ducks and then they play in the playground they are aged between 4 years and 12 years plenty of space to have a picnic and let the kids run around - the park is very well kept there is a few parking spaces at the front of the park but plenty at the side of the park

The Park overall is extremely well kept as are the toilets. A great place for walkers, dog walkers and children. A great play area for children of all ages with all the facilities well kept. The volunteers and council staff do a great job in keeping all areas clean, well maintained and obstacle free. One of my favourite places for a relaxing walk no matter which season. There is a gem of a cafe serving reasonably priced sandwiches, cakes, drinks etc.
