Guides not helpful. Very bad English. Tour more interested in getting kickbacks from local peanut seller and BBQ than giving tour group any memorable experience. This tour not recomended. By far the worst tour I have done world wide. You dont visit a beach you need to swim to it. Dont waste your money lots else to do in this loverly town.

We booked online with Super Flor late the night before our date after checking out a Trip Advisor review. We arrived at Pier 2 at Arraial do Cabo and got our harbor tickets after a quick Portuguese translation with a Super Flor rep. We then talked to the lady taking roll call (in English) and then got on the boat. Before we left, she came over to us and indicated we had booked for the day after and the boat was full already!! We told her we were going to be leaving the next day so we would not be able to make it! Rather than losing our fee, they made arrangements for us with another tour company (Tortuga Tur) within 10 minutes and we were on our way with them for a very similar boat tour. A lot of tour companies would say sorry but there is nothing we can do since it was my fault in the first place! Kudos to Super Flor (and Tortuga Tur as well) for making our day an enjoyable one!

Absolutely a must do tour! Our guide, Newton, was very affluent in our language, very informative and helpful. Shared so much about the culture and history. It was an overcast day for the sunset, but Sugarloaf is so high, we got clouds in the valley and was breathtaking! Well worth the time for a beautiful experience!

You can't really go wrong showing people round Rio...but don't expect punctuality or a sensible routing.. Our 5 hour tour took over 8, could have been an hour less but they drive past our hotel to drop others first. But, all the locations visited were fanatic, we never felt rushed.

We were not happy with the buffet as it had really bad quality. The other thing was the toilet in the boat that was awful (very dirty, unhygienic, and the flush was not working which is definitely unacceptable). from other aspects, it was good in terms of choosing islands and beaches, the transport was good as well (the bus was really comfortable ).
