Minas Gerais (Portuguese pronunciation: [ˈminɐz ʒeˈɾajs]) is a state in the north of Southeastern Brazil. It´s a very traditional place where people go to purchase spices, fruits, meat, and to take a little time to drink a very cold beer together a some traditional " mineira cousine " like french fries , fried live with onnions, special cooked gizzard, etc...
