It's a little bit hard to find. Don't trust the "google maps", they direct you too far. Park your car 100 meters before google tells you to make the last right turn. The parking spot is just by the main asphalt road. Then you descend down to the beach for a few minutes. The bay is gorgeous and the water is calm. But beware of the sea urchins.

I hiked up Glavica about two hours before sundown using the paved trail head which is right off a neighborhood street on the north side of town. It was well marked at the beginning with a sign and an easy trail to follow up. I wore running shoes but took my time on the gravel trail. Once at the top I was able to take some great pics of sunset and Stari Grad. It made for a great side trip while in town.
