Had heard about the Beerbohm so decided to call in with my son. Firstly they don't do food but are happy for you to bring your own in and even offer plates and cutlery. Once at the bar the beer choice is excellent with both real ales and several Belgian delights on tap including Westmalle. In addition they have a whole fridge stocked with bottled Belgian beers including trappist gems. Upstairs they have a quirky room with several comfy chairs and tables. Virtually every woman in the place was drinking a poppy gin drink which seemed very popular. Will be back.

Lymestone Brewery is a family run micro brewery based in Stone Staffordshire. It currently has a 10 barrel brew plant and produces up to 9,780 litre of beer per week. The brewery is in a building that is over 100 years old and it has a fascinating history. Old maps from the turn of the century document its growth. The on site shop is open when the brewery is open, Monday - Friday 8.30 am till 5 pm and on Saturday or Sunday by appointment.Brewery tours are run on a booking system, but please call the brewery as we may have something happening that you can join.Corporate packages are available. The brewery also hosts live music events and is available for private party bookingsThere is ample parking on site with a large car park on the same industrial site. Look out for the bee hives on the roof and the bees producing Honey for one of our Award winning beers.
We went for a friends 60th birthday party. We had the bar area inside the factory to ourselves, chose our own music, drank plenty of fantastic beer - proper old fashioned real ale each one of their beers very distinctive and top quality- try them all! and had pie and peas and some "lobby". I met the boss who was just great, and so engaging about the business, and the staff were really accommodating and just great people, and really helped make it a great night. Thanks Brad! Regards, Andy

The town’s first microbrewery and brewery tap in a 16th century town centre shop with beer garden in the shadow of the Norman castle. Ales brewed on the premises are served from the cask along with an excellent range of premium drinks. Opened December 2017. Open Thursday - Sunday.
Now our current favourite place!! You get to sit around such rich history. There is the herringbone wall that is over a thousand years old. During social distance they’ve totally managed it fantastically with a traffic light system, table service, regular updates on their Facebook page. All the staff seem really happy to work their and George is clearly passionate about his little gem! You would forget you’re sat in tamworth, it’s picturesque idyllic and great beers!!! I do not personally recommend pear and chilli, it’s a-bit of a marmite love it or hate it. I highly recommend pineapple cider! I’m not even a cider drinker but I highly recommend This place. If you’re stuck for choice they do a really clever board with 3x 1/3 glasses of ciders to try Also do wines, gins and ales. I would like to try the tamworth gin next time. Got yourself 2 new regulars.

Burton on Trent is steeped in brewing history, you can still sense that beer is in the air, and more than anything, it’s in the water. This is the love, passion & motivation that Burton Town put into the Real Ale they brew. Currently Burton-on-Trent's newest live music events venue, Brewing and holding parties & events from their industrial unit Venue.
I met a few friends at Burton Town Brewery on Saturday, strangely it turns out that a mate from school is one of the owners, Hi Ian. I had a taster of the beers but my favourite was the Thomcat, great tasting beer and definitely recommended I'll definitely be going back.
