Museum of Cosmonautics is located inside the Saint Paul and Peter Fortress, the oldest fortress in Saint Petersburg. Really, you do not expect inside the fortress, you can see a museum of space: it was a very big surprise! We went there and see a lot of information about soviet Cosmonautics and jet technology. In fact, we learn a lot about this question like the beginning of Cosmonautics was in the 19th Century. Small, but excellent museum! Very recommendable.
