we visited only one Rass winery, and in the review it was announced that we would visit 3 wineries. I do not like this. It made a bad impression on me that when we arrived at the Rass winery we were greeted with the finding that they had already closed for tourists today, but as a compromise they would take the trouble to open for us. The winery was not typical of Provence. There are also better wineries in the area, I expected more ...

Yes Yes Yes YES YES YES What a fantastic day and experience from start to finish. We booked a normal English speaking 3-hour tour of NICE and it was just amazing. We turned up and we were the only ones that had booked. Cheers COVID! :) So we had a full personalized tour with the truly awesome Thelma. (Louise was off that day) #CrapJoke Thelma is well clued up on history as she has been a local for over 20 years. She only looks about 20 as well! :) Seriously though, we got taken up and down the backstreets of NICE and we got quizzed in all the locations and learned a little bit of the history and the culture of this great city. I also learned that Thelma's mum only eats Vanilla Ice Cream despite the fantastic choice available throughout the city. Get an Ebike if you can. You're on holiday so why break a sweat in this heat, It is well worth it especially on the hill up to the Old "Old Town" Thelma is a top-quality photographer and we got some great photos throughout the route. If you come to NICE for the first time like we did book this 3 hour tour and get to see the city, we are so delighted we did and now we have a good idea of where everything is and I don't think we can get lost now If 6 Stars were a thing, Thelma and the team deserve it.

The tour guide Parfait picked us from our hotel. He was very friendly. He stopped at some cool view points and even helped with taking photos. He also shared his knowledge with us about the history behind the places we visited including Chanel. We were on time for the change of guards at palais princier which was very nice. I would have liked some point in Eze to visit the garden. Also it was a shame that the F1 circuit was only opened to bicycles, therefore missed out on this. Overall I would highly recommend this tour.
