What a lovely night! The barman was very nice, welcoming us amd helping us traslate the menu suggesting the best taste based on our needs. The choice of wine (glass or bottle) is huge. I strongly suggest to take a plate of mix cheeses and hams as a combo with the wine. You will not regret it. I would like to come back during winter, with snow outside... Lovely!

Surrounded by many excellent nearby eateries, barazar` lounge-bar is a great place to have a quiet drink and meet travellers and locals. The modern yet cosy all-evening bar (open 4pm - 1am) is the perfect setting to discover some of the finest of many Belgian artisan beers or a cool, cristal-clear draft. The bar also serves a fine selection of cocktails, including some of the world`s most famous, as well as a good selection of wines and spirits. Weather permitting, there is a terrace on one of the hotel`s inner gardens and especially noteworthy are the bar`s fine champagnes and cava wines on offer, to suit anyone`s budget.

The Brugse Gin Club Gin Bar & Store (BGC - Bruges Gin Club) offers the largest selection of gins in Bruges and the wide surroundings. Over 480 different gins are served in a small bar hidden in the heart of the historic centre between the Fish Market and the Botanic Gardens. The bar is only open during weekends from Friday to Sunday from 6pm and during school holidays. Owner-ginologist Edward welcomes you in the cozyiness of his kitchen and provides you with a personalized table service. If you get in, that is, because the door is closed and knocking is obligatory. The bar can accomodate only 20-odd patrons and strictly operates on a first come, first seated principe. Bookings are not accepted. Locals as well as visitors from all over the world come to the bar to escape the rush of touristic Bruges and relax in the laid back atmosphere garnished with classic and contemporary jazz.
Six of us visited this little bijou bar and had a whale of a time!! Edward was informative and attentive - the Gins were marvellous and Edwards help in mixing and matching was fab! We were a little shocked at the price, but actually decided it was well worth it if you think what a mediocre gin costs in a pub at home! Will definitely send friends your way Edward!!

This is the bar to relax in during and at the end of busy days in bustling Bruges. Obviously a favourite with the locals (always a good sign) the staff are attentive and friendly the ambience is excellent and liquid refreshment in abundance. The location (The fish market) is close to all the action without being part of it.

Cafe Rose Red is a cheery cafe that is full of character. It is located in the heart of Bruges, a stone's throw from the market. A quiet side street takes you away from the tourist route and spirits you away into an authentic jewel in the town centre of Bruges. Our speciality is Trappist beer, Lambics and Geuze; hence we offer all the trappist beers that are recommended all over the world. Come savour this delectable nectar inside the cafe or on our pleasant terrace.
The hidden star of Bruges. I always feel a little wary of letting everyone else know about special places we find, but this is such a great place you’ve got to know about it and try it. Draft beers from the Struise brewery with the ‘4 beer taster platter’ worth the try. Along with the selection of other quality beers and snacks makes the search a time well spent. Korneel was excellent with his knowledge of beers and tasting tips. Enjoy the atmosphere and tastes.

De Kelk is a wellknown bar in Bruges for over more than 100 years. After a total renovation, De Kelk was reopened in the beginning of March 2017. The focus is on (rock)music & (craft)beers. We serve craftbeer from 16 taps & many botlles, from Belgian ground or international breweries. In the back we have a music venue, used for live music and parties, especially in weekends. We also serve a small range of fingerfood.
Love this place, always great craft beers on tap and a laid back ambience. Dog friendly and their new bulldog pup is lovely.

A 'museum' mansion where you are free to walk around and observe the eccentric collection of odd (and sometimes creepy) art / ghostly paintings and artifacts. A very unusual place to search out for a unique experience in Bruges. We were delighted to sit fireside with a glass of champagne with the host/owner, 'The Count', a charming and most distinguished older gentleman who is a self-proclaimed vampire with a fascinating life history. This is a must visit for those looking for something very, very different. Go on a dark and cloudy evening!

The Bauhaus is a traditional Belgian style bar with and extensive range of local beers changing each week. We've also got Bruges's longest Happy Hour with 2 for 1 spirits from 10am to 10pm every day of the year. On the big screen you'll find all of the big matches from Rugby, Football and more with the Bauhaus being one of the best places to watch live Sport in Bruges.
Although there are endless wonderful spots to have a beer in Bruges, this hostel bar has a huge selection of beers, friendly and helpful staff with great tips for how to make the most of your time there. Awesome value when compared to other prices for accommodation in Bruges old town. Comfy room, delicious breakfast - we were sad to go. We got everything we needed and much more at the Bauhaus and hope to return.
