This place is amazing! The sodas are arranged by flavor. They have limited edition Virgil's root beer, old fashioned candy, and a new large selection of Milka from Germany. While you wait for your soda to chill by the cash register you can play pinball and look over a half wall to the 1952 bottling machine as they bottle Whistler soda on site (49 flavors as I last heard). Then you can eat free popcorn with your soda. They have staff pick soda's near the front of the store if you need help narrowing your selection.

Very nice walking trails just a couple miles or so wonderful for getting close to nature. Even have bridges on the water (floating) you can walk over.

Love coming to the sports center for professional soccer or one of the many exhibitions they routinely have. The facilities are well kept and family friendly.

Our boys love to go to the trampoline park and wear off some energy. They especially like the dodgeball. My husband and I got out there, too, and it was good fun exercise, but it reminded me that I'm not a kid any more!

The course was in wonderful shape so very very great and well maintained. Enjoyed starting 7:45 a.m. still lots of dew on the grass. when we were golfing experienced very respectful grounds crews. Perfect 9 hole right in the middle of New Brighton.

This is the second time I have brought my 7 year old daughter to this mini golf location. It is a little run down, but she always has a blast. There are three 18 hole courses, two of the courses have cheesy/fun characters hanging out and the third course is a little more challenging, which my daughter had fun trying out. At the end of two of the courses you can try and "ring the bell" for a free round of golf. The staff was helpful and made sure we started in the right location. I think this is a great way to get your kid off the couch and out of the house on the weekends, we will be back again to try and win that free round of golf!

Right on Silver Lake Road and still as peaceful as can be. Benches available to just relax and enjoy the view. Quick walk from Dairy Queen.

We took an adventure to the dam and walked around for about an hour. The grandchildren loved watching the water flow over the dam and crash below. It was a good way to spend time together. The bike and walking paths are great!

Between Christmas and New year's, my wife and I went to our local theatre. We would have booked our tickets online, but the website was not user friendly. Subsequent tries at looking at the movie schedules were just as frustrating.
Anyways, went to the theatre , bought tickets and selected seats. The awards program that AMC has enacted is frustrating to the normal customer , that does not want to sign up. After getting put in a slower line because of the program, I received the poorest service that I have ever had at this theatre. ( I've been going here since 2004. ).
My only suggestion to the management, clean up your act and take care of your OTHER customers or they will no longer be loyal....
