Beautifull place with stunning views of the lake! Also possible to do paragliding from this area. We drove trough with the car heading to Bitola.. Nice scenic drive!

Golem Grad Island

Golem Grad, meaning Big Citadel (also known as Snake Island) is the only island in Macedonia, located in Lake Prespa. It is home to several ancient ruins and churches dating back from the ancient roman and medieval periods. The island is also home to several different communities of animals, especially snakes. The island can only be reached by boat from the villages of Stenje or Konjsko.
