You can experience being part of a real life computer game set outdoors with authentic live sounds and game plays. It's completely safe with no hidden costs. It's a great fun day out for all the family with participants from the age 8 upwards able to take part in our games set in our woodland. We have free on-site parking and are on an LRT bus route. We are situated just 4 miles from the city centre. Bookings need to be made in advance and we can run parties every day.
Fantastic place for a group outing. We took a group of eight 13 year olds and they all had a ball. Location is great, right next to the city bypass. Loads of parking. Toilet facilities in a restaurant that is a 2 minute walk away. Very friendly and helpful staff. Well organized to maximize game-playing time. We took a group of kids but this would be enjoyable for groups of adults, or mixed groups of adults and kids. Also, definitely not just for boys! COVID Regulations All kit was sanitized before and after use by the event staff. Masks were worn by the staff at all times. Track and Trace information was taken via the forms in the website which are handed in to the organizer before the event starts. Good value for money. No complaints - A+. Will definitely use again.

The staff were amazingly helpful & oozing with passion which added to the immersion, We managed to make it out with 2 seconds to spare & came out feeling the buzz of a challenge overcome. Would recommend to all to give it a bash!! x

You may find yourself in an old laboratory, a dissection room, anatomy theatre or even a small animal hospital. A building steeped in history, creating an atmospheric setting for you to be immersed in and challenged.
This was our first escape room, we had no idea what to expect and safe to say we thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would definitely do another. Our game master, Matt, was really helpful and friendly and an all around lovely guy, anyone thinking of doing an escape room I would highly recommend here as you can tell they are really passionate about the rooms they have

Historical escape room centre in Edinburgh and home of ‘The Anatomist’. Set on the edge of Edinburgh's old surgical district, we dare you to descend into a world of grave robbery, mystery and malpractice as you enter the study of a 19th century anatomist. A truly immersive experience set in a dark and intriguing period of Edinburgh's medical history.
Came along a few days ago to play The Anatomist with some friends. We've played quite a few escape rooms together and this one is high on the list of favourites! From the beginning our host Georgie was welcoming and friendly, talking us through the rules and the health and safety brief. She was an excellent gamemaster throughout, only offering hints if she really thought we were stuck, and giving clever clues. The room itself was beautifully decorated and felt realistic. You really felt immersed in the experience! Having played a lot of rooms you tend to see similar puzzles, but this room boasted lots of unique puzzles which we'd never come across before, and were fun to work on. Though we were a bigger group, the non-linear structure meant that we all had something to do, and we all felt like we participated equally. And not to spoil anything, but the end is pretty cinematic-- really cool touch! :) All in all, lots of fun, very immersive and really satisfying! Will definitely recommend it to my friends!
