This small cemetery is one of the earliest identifiable cemetery in Miles located on the banks of Dogwood Creek. It was used from the late 1870's and is the location of several pioneering family's burial sites. A number of graves are surrounded by concrete borders and wrought iron fencing while others can only be identified by a headstone.

The Miles Historical Village Museum and Visitor Information Centre is open from 8.30 am until 4.30 pm every day except Christmas Day. The facility is located on the eastern entrance to Miles on the Warrego Highway. The Museum features over 34 original and replica buildings set in a streetscape reminiscent of a town from the late 1800s. Each building houses their own special collection. The facility also contains a War Museum containing photographs, stories, militaria from the Light Horse in WW1 through to the Vietnam War. The Norman Donpon Lapidary display houses a remarkable collection of fossil woods, ferns, fine agates, crystals and minerals from around the world. This facility takes the visitor on a nostalgic and surprising journey through the lives of the people of the district who lived, worked and socialised in this region. Each year thousands of visitors are impressed by the Historical Village Museum, it's collections and displays. An experience not to be missed!
I have always wanted to see this place and I am glad that I have finally seen it. This place is just amazing with all the displays well appointed with a huge amount of old historic stuff. It was a truly fascinating place to visit. The staff were great as well.

Perhaps the best motor sport venue in the State, run and managed by a terrific group of professionals and volunteers, always friendly and helpful. A credit to the Warwick community.

Had a lovely visit to Glengallan Homestead. The house is partly restored and it was interesting to be able to see it's construction and read the history of the house. Definately worth a visit. We had lunch in the adjoining cafe which was nice. The caretakers of Glengallan are to be commended for keeping this history alive for all to see.

Such a treasure to the city of Toowoomba to enjoy the architecture of this wonderful building. The church opens its doors and celebrates with the community and on this occasion remembering the significance of November 11 at 11am with a tribute of poppies throughout the church. The commitment of the church volunteers is always tinged with duty and friendship. What a blessing to enjoy.
