Dear Future Skiing or Snowboarding Fans, I have been organizing Quick Start (half-day skiing and snowboarding courses for beginners) for a few years. Quick Start is dedicated to people who do not have the time or inclination for several-day ski courses. During the QuickStart course, you will learn how to ski down a small slope, use the ski lift, stop and turn safely. The course price includes three hours of training (in English), equipment rental, ski lifts, refreshments at the restaurant and a transfer from the hotel to the slope and back. We recommend the course for tourists who are planning a day trip from Krakow to Zakopane - we will pick you up from the Zakopane bus station. Active Therapy provides active holidays in Zakopane area for people with passion for outdoor sports. Our activities are suitable for children and adults, individuals and groups, able and disabled. Active Therapy Ski School runs one of the best adaptive skiing programme in Europe. We use wide range of the newest adaptive ski equipment. We have professional ski instructors who are fun, friendly and experienced in teaching skiing people with all disabilities and all ages. We do ski lessons in Zakopane, Białka Tatrzańska, Karpacz and in Alps - Austria, Switzerland, France) Our summer programme includes: cycling with adaptive programme for disabled riders (hand bike), hiking and sightseeing, massage and physiotherapy. Love Polish food/drink? We offer one-day Polish cooking classes in Cracow (Krakow) & a three-day culinary adventure around Warsaw all year round. In addition we also offer week-long culinary tours to various cities and regions of Poland.

The food tour gives you an opportunity to taste fantastic Polish dishes and hear the stories behind them. You will learn why Poles ferment everything, why they somethimes long for food produced in the 70’s, why you can’t trust the invitation „for a cup of coffee.” You will visit 4-5 establishments, so be prepared for a full meal (and a dessert, of course). The tour is daily!

Ski and Snowboard School offers ski and snowboard lessons for children and adults. Our Instructors teach in English, Russian and German. We are teaching on the ski slopes Koziniec and Litwinka in Czarna Gora. We also rent Ski equipment.
