You would not expect such a wonderful in the middle of Nowhere, after heading a few km through forest roads and field roads. Beautiful luxury yurt accommodations where we stayed for two nights, sleeping under the stars looking through out a glas dome. Two nights in the Pool Suite, a little spacious house by itself with a wonderful terrace, being part of the traditional farm estate, renovated authentic, with lots of beautiful details, very good taste, equipped with all luxury wanted. We had a great riding experience one afternoon, an exciting 2hours Jeep tour guided by the owner itself, great time at the pool with lounge music and a pool bar and the highlights every evening were fantastic dinners at the Fine Dine restaurant. Chilling, activities, luxury comfort, very friendly staff, great food.... A fantastic time!!

On this customised experience skip the tourist traps and enjoy a night in vibrant Budapest in true local style! Then it’s time for a real taste of Budapest’s nightlife! Let your Host introduce you to the city’s ruin bar culture, and bar hop your way around the unique venues and abandoned warehouses in the city’s Jewish Quarter. These characteristic venues all have their own distinct style, and range from the very weird to the very wonderful! The city’s microbrewery and wine bar scene has also exploded recently and there's plenty to explore. I had booked a short tour on Buddapest's Jewish and Ottoman culture with City Unscripted and I was impressed with the way the team handled this tour. They were very professional and quick to respond. The host they had selected for me, Krisztián Wimmer, was very informative, friendly and helpful. He had planned the trip very well and in detail. He even managed to cover some tour spots which most of the local guides do not even mention e.g. Gül Baba's tomb, a short but steep walk from the Margaret Bridge (thanks for the work out Krisztián!). He also recommended few very nice local eateries/restaurants. This tour really set the tone for my travels thereon. Many thanks to the team of City Unscripted and the host Krisztián.

Old battered VW van with driver that stank of old tobacco. Felt every bump in road and car rattled its way to our hotel
The full day excursion to the Hungarian Puszta starts with a light sightseeing tour in the baroque city of Kecskemét,where you can walk around the beautiful downtown and visit the historic squares and buildings, see the famous City Hall and theater, and take a guided walking tour through some of the stunning churches. Then the tour continues in the Puszta. The guests are welcomed with cheesecake and pálinka (traditional Hungarian spirit/ schnapps). You can enjoy a cart-tour to the nearby Puszta where you can visit a small functioning farm. The main attraction is the horse show with the "Puszta ten" performance (10 horses galloping with a herdsman on their back) and the rush of the grooms. After the show you can ride a horse if you want. The windup of the programme is a traditional three-course lunch accompanied by live gipsy music: Hungarian Goulash, breaded chicken breast filet with roast pork chuck and salad, lastly milk-pie with apricot-jam.
Inclusions: Private transportation, Air-conditioned vehicle, Lunch, Spectacular Horse Show

We had an incredible tour with Idilko and a private driver in a Mercedes van (he was not introduced by he was very competent!). My husband and I did the tour with my 80 year old parents and both staff were kind and patient and showed us the highlights of the city while keeping in mind to avoid long walks or lots of stairs. Idilko is incredibly knowledgable about the long and interesting history of her city. We really enjoyed getting to know beautiful Budapest; we’ll be back!
