Feadon Farm Wildlife Centre at Gwel an Mor offers a wealth of wildlife experiences, nature trails, falconry, night walks and rock pooling. Come and visit us - you can meet our reindeer, hand feed foxes, fly owls and birds of prey, and stroke lots of other furry friends. We are passionate about sustainability and the environment. We carry out recycling, energy conservation and community support, and believe that offering engaging wildlife activities for young people creates an awareness of man’s impact on the environment. We support the Cornwall Wildlife Trust and hold a David Bellamy Conservation Award.

we are a small family run bird of prey centre . we offer courses and experiences on a pre-booked private 1-1 basis we are not a public visitor centre. we are open by appointment only we offer hawkwalks and 1/2 day experiences where the participant will receive personal hands on experience of flying a selection of birds of prey. we also offer a hawk management course which can be assessed and certificated so the candidate can receive a certificate of achievement through Raptor Awards. all our experiences are available as a gift voucher making them the perfect present for birthdays , Christmas, and anniversaries

Paignton Zoo Environmental Park is a conservation and education charity located in South Devon. With around 2,500 animals across 80 acres, we have more species than anyone else in the South West. These include: lions, tigers, giraffes, crocodiles, rhinos, lemurs, flamingos, meerkats, orang-utans, Komodo dragon... the list is endless! We also have indoor and outdoor play areas, the Jungle Express train, a seasonal bird show and numerous food and drink outlets. With something for guests of any age to enjoy, you'll need all day to experience what we have to offer! Support a charity and visit Wild Futures Monkey Sanctuary offering a safe haven for monkeys since 1964. Nestled into the side of the south Cornish coast between Looe and Seaton, Wild Futures’ Monkey Sanctuary cares for a range of different species of rescued monkeys, giving visitors an intimate insight to a working sanctuary and a chance to meet some of its amazing monkey residents and wildlife inhabitants. There’s a lot to do for the whole family who can take a tour of the monkey enclosures and learn about these fascinating animals from the team of expert carers. It’s not just monkeys though! Kids will love the wild play area where they can learn about the environment around them and let off some steam in the playground. Owned by the National Trust, Brownsea Island is dramatically located in Poole Harbour, with spectacular views across to the Purbeck Hills. Thriving natural habitats - including woodland, heathland and a lagoon - create a unique haven for wildlife, such as the rare red squirrel and a wide variety of birds, including dunlin, kingfishers, common and sandwich terns and oystercatchers. The Outdoor Centre invites you to come and follow in the footsteps of Lord Baden-Powell and the very first Scouts who camped here in 1907. Scout and Guide Groups can camp and get stuck in with activities such as archery and low ropes and we also offer Eco Adventure Camping as an opportunity for the general public to come and experience the great outdoors. The perfect day's adventure - this island wildlife sanctuary is easy to get to but feels like another world from the moment you step ashore.
