Wonderful street art in the old town of songkhla southern Thailand. Each evening, an artist appears & continues his mural. There's always an audience and no grafetti!!

'Could have wandered around for ages and still be discovering new nooks and crannies, treasures and fascinating architecture. Welcoming and well-marked, this area of town is seriously switched-on to encouraging tourism whilst retaining its charm. Not to be missed!

This bronze statue of a mermaid is a prominent symbol and landmark of Songkhla.
The statue is the landmark of Samila Beach. Tourists hot spot & crowded almost everyday. Worth to visit

You can pose for pictures with Nang Nguek Thong or Golden Mermaid Statue while enjoy a relaxing walk along the seafront. There are also plenty of vendors congregate along the beachfront, selling everything from cheap eats to Songkhla souvenirs.
