very easy arrangements, including booking internal flights from Jaipur to Varanasi and Varanasi to Delhi, when flights were changed Abyss Tours took care of all, re-booking and sending us info, booking hotels, local guides. and so much more to make our trip EASY and Happy. Very comfortable car, very nice and helpful professional driver: Ali - the best driver ever, English speaking, who give us info about places we visited but also took care about car (kept it clean every day), small things like buying bottled water for us was very kind... suggesting good restaurants…up to our choice, quality shopping and visiting most interesting places. I personally was involved with choosing itinerary - communication was fast and easy- thank you Mr Sajad for patience and great advice as always. The beauty working with Abbys Tours is that in your package you can choose 3, 4 or 5 hotels up to your budget and up to your experience you like to have. It was myself and husbands first time in India and we are so glad we booked this tour. After backing in a lot of other countries we still found India overwhelming!! It was great to have someone do the planning for us as it meant we got to see all the best sights in our short 5 day trip. Rashid was very helpful and answered all our email queries promptly prior to the trip. On arrival he greeted us and we had a chat about the tour. He had very good English so is easy to understand. You can tell he wants you to have a good trip! The private car was comfortable with ac and our driver Pratab was a lovely man. He would take us wherever we wanted to go. He organised an excellent cooking class for us in Jaipur and waited outside for over 2 hours for us. He gave us advice on the sights and on the entry fee and advised if it was worth it or similar to another sight. That really helped as when you are seeing a lot of sights on a budget. He always made sure the final decision was ours and was very easy going. The private car was a breath of fresh air driving through the chaos of India!! The only small thing I didn’t like was at the airport the other driver that picked us up looked for money from us to pay the parking fee. This surprised us as it was only a small amount but felt it should be included in the tour. When you’ve just landed you don’t want your driver asking for money immediately. Overall I would recommend the tour with Rashids agency. It was good value for money and a good service. And ask for Pratab as your driver, you won’t regret it.
