Highly recommend booking a visit. Very welcoming and easy to social distance due to the relaxed self-guided tour style. Learnt more than I would have expected and the children (aged 3.5yrs and 18 months) loved exploring as well as feeding the chickens. Delicious fresh oranges, orange juice, marmalade and traditional Mallorcan tomatoes on bread all included-lovely treat!

Can Prunera Museum of Modernism

Can Prunera was built between 1904 and 1911. Nothing is known about its author, although two hypothesis exist: according to one of them, it was Joan Rubio i Bellver (1870-1952), a Catalan architect who at that time was working on the facades of Saint Bartholomew Church and the Bank of Soller headquarters, but there is no documental evidence of it. Another hypothesis attributes it to local builders.

Fascinating combination of museum and gallery. Enjoyed the architecture and the information about the building's history, and the artwork and exhibitions. The Pep Guerrero exhibition was a particular treat.

Sa Capelleta

Reviewed By Rosey191 - Long Whatton, United Kingdom

It took us around 40 minutes to get there as we were unsure if we were going the right way and had to ask for some help from a friendly local. To get there we followed google maps to a path called 'Travesia De Sa Capelleta'. We followed the very cobbled off route track towards the right. You can either follow the wavy path to the top or take the cobbled steps straight up to the middle- be careful as the ground is very steep and uneven. Take plenty of water! It was definitely worth the trek. It is beautiful and different to anything I've seen before. The church was closed however there were two holes in the doors which let you peer inside.
