It was a adrenaline rush type of day. The whole experience was beautiful. I couldn’t have asked for a better quality guide. Go Miguel!!! He was so personable and funny, and he did EVERYTHING we did and encouraged us to step out of our comfort zones. The jumps were so cool, and the ziplining into the water over and over and over made it worth the money. The waters were spectacular. The only thing I personally didn’t love was the canoeing but that was at no fault of anyone but my own because I’m plus sized and water kept coming in because I sat in back instead of front not knowing any better. Didn’t drown or sink so I call it a win.

Juan Carlos is the best! Took this tour with my 2 teens (ages 15/17). and they both loved it as well. Highly recommend this activity. So fun to bike through the town to the ruins, his tour of the ruins was interesting and engrossing and thankfully not too long! We drove back to office for. snacks, stopped at delicious taco truck that was only open for our group where we had tacos and pineapple juice, then biked out to a cenote to swim with a stop at a local beekeeper where we sampled honey, learned about the bees and had the opportunity to purchase honey but not in a pushy way. Juan did have to change someones tire twice and did it with great speed and we were back on our way within minutes. Started at 8:30 and we were back around 1:30pm Great tour. Juan Carlos if you read this I remembered your name!!!!!!!

We booked a Jett-ski/Tulum excursion in April 2021 in Mexico. The Jet- ski excursion went off without any hiccups. The problem came about when the 2nd excursion was scheduled the same day as our Covid test to return home. We met our driver that was taking us to the Tulum excursion in front of the resort as instructed. The Nexus driver informed us the excursion will be an all day event. (Not good) So I immediately contacted Bryan, the rep from Nexus about this schedule conflict. He told me to give him time to try to find something else for us to do. That was in the morning, afternoon came still no word from Bryan. So I contacted Bryan again about my refund. He tells me to come up front to work on a refund. I get to the office and he takes my email. That’s it! And he’s been giving me the runaround ever since. I’ve emailed this company, no reply! Called the US number that’s online, no reply! $200 down the drain! I’ll never do business with anything associated with this Nexus brand. Buyers beware

An incredible aquatic park, the first of the XCARET parks that we visited and this impression is so vivid that I want to continue and see at least one more for comparison. The territory of the park is huge! When you get there for the first time, it is difficult to prioritize and there is a chance to loose time and to visit not all locations or not enjoy some activity in full. My personal advice is to not stay at one location for a long time. From the starting point to move into park depth of the park. In my opinion, the most interesting begins from the crossing a wobbly bridge and starting the jungle exploration jungle. Cenotes, caves, exotic birds and animals are waiting for you there. Moving between bases along winding paths, you will reach a lazy river. This is my top in Xel-HA! Swimming along it you will reach zip-lines, slack-lines and other water-air activities. If you are an outdoor activities lover, this location will take a lot of your time and energy, but it will definitely bring great pleasure. Also I would like to note the luxurious infrastructure of the park - each of the bases has everything you need for a comfortable rest, toilets, changing rooms, showers and drinking water. And the all-inclusive buffet is a separate huge plus of rest here. Many people appreciate the variety of food and drinks in the bars in the central location so much that they prefer to be in the chill-out zone in the center of the park all day. Anyways, I am sure that every visitor will enjoy it. No matter of age and which style of rest you prefer

We purchased tickets from a tour company and did not get to the park until almost 10. And then we had to listen to their sales pitch for the end of night show. We wanted to do dinner but when we got there they told us they had no seats left. But by the time we got to the lockers (all the way at the end of the park) we found a place that was selling reservations for the dinner and was able to get dinner tickets. Basically this is an under cave river with some pretty sad looking animals zoo. They have a couple of other activities but if you are going to do them they will charge you extra. The beach area was packed and we never figured out how to get the chairs that were supposedly included in our cost. Nor did we figure out how to get towels again something included. For the price we had to pay it almost was not worth it. And you are constantly reminded to put a mask on even outside. The cave thing was ok but honestly I felt like I was on a guided tour - we were just missing the tour guide raising their clip board.
