Artisan jewellery studio, classes running twice every day. Find your own piece of Sea Glass on the local beach and set it in sterling silver.
So my other half came had been in to look at items in the shop as she works near by, and came up with the idea that we make each others wedding rings. I thought it a nice idea and was happy enough to give it a go, but thought we would end up with somthing awful. However.... Ed is a fantastic teacher, and we ended up coming away with exactly what we wanted for rings. He was extremely paitent, and most importantly has a great sense of humor with lots of good stories. Hes a total gentleman and a true craftsman and artist. Id recommend anyone to do his courses. Theres also some beautiful pieces for sale in the shop, well worth a visit. Ask for the coffee, and ignore the sign! :) :)

I run "PAINTING WITH A PALETTE KNIFE" workshops from my studio in the courtyard of historic Skerries Mills. Everything is supplied including canvas, knives, paints + refreshments and lunch in the Watermill Restaurant in Skerries Mills. Everyone leaves with a finished painting to be proud of and has a great day out. Workshops run from 10.30 to 16.30. Group transport available.
A truly delightful way to spend a Saturday.... learning about mixing paint, knife techniques and at the end of the day you come away with your own original painting. its amazing to see the different painting each person in the class produces.
