This is the former parish church, built in 1720. It was made on the ruins of a wooden chapel of St. Francis. This was probably the first location of Franciscan monastery. After the Homeland war there are only walls and obelisk left. It's located right next to the cemetery.
At the hill of Čukur there is a memorial to Gordan Leder. He was a cameraman of HRT, who died on this place on the 10th of August 1991. He was recording Croatian defenders in the fight against the Serbian attacks and he was shot. The memorial is called "Broken landscape" and it offers beautiful view of Pounje and the town of Hrvatska Kostajnica.
Stained glass windows in the parish church were made by an academic painter Branimir Dorotić. They are representing the patron saint of the city St. Anthony of Padua and the scenes from Jesus' life.
