You’ve got to head to Joe’s Oyster bar for sunset drinks at least once during your stay in Mazatlan. It’s been 20 yrs since I was here and Joe’s hasn’t changed ... hang your feet over the wall and sip your Margarita as sunset happens ... always good fun!!
