The Province of Silesia (German: Provinz Schlesien; Polish: Prowincja Śląska; Silesian: Prowincyjŏ Ślōnskŏ) was a province of the German Kingdom of Prussia, existing from 1815 to 1919, when it was divided into the Upper and Lower Silesia provinces, and briefly again from 1938 to 1941. As a Prussian province, Silesia became part of the German Empire during the Prussian-led unification of Germany in 1871. The provincial capital was Breslau (present-day Wrocław, Poland).

We had a very smooth transfer from Katowice to Kraków and back. The driver was very professional and on time on both rides. Highly recommend it. If you get bored during the ride you can purchase a bottle of secco ;)

On our recent holiday to Krakow, our flight from the U.K. landed in Katowice and instead of spending a lot of money on a taxi to Krakow we decided to book with Matuszek. It was easy to prebook and pay for both transfers prior to our visit and we received a receipt and confirmation promptly. The price was extremely reasonable, buses were easy to find outside of the airport/Krakow bus station, service was prompt with the driver having a list of passengers and the bus was clean and comfortable (well as much as a bus can be!) although not overly spacious. Would definitely use again if visiting Krakow and would recommend to any visitor flying into Katowice.
