We stumbled upon this store after visiting the nearby ice caves. What an awesome find. Such unique items and gifts. One of the employees says she travels all over to find stuff. There's Mexican pottery, animal bones, Native American pottery, rocks/minerals, jewelry, house decorations, all kinds of interesting finds. The prices are awesome, too. If you're in the area and have time, you should definitely stop by to browse. If you're looking for souvenirs or gifts, this is a great shop to stop at.

We offer a guided tour of a natural ice cave formed in a lava tube. The tour is 45 minutes long and it consists of 80 stairs down and back. We also have a gift shop, museum, outdoorgames and 3 kid climbing dinosaurs onsite.
We are locals who had never stopped here before. COVID-19 had finally got us to do more things near us and explore a bit more within Idaho. Although there is a rustic, almost bordering on kitsch, feeling to the Ice Caves, it is really fun. Besides the tour, there are some outdoor games, a few things like the one room museum, dinosaur statue and Chief Washakie monument to look at. To be prepared for the cave, bring a jacket or coat, the cave temperature is below freezing and you'll be inside for 20-30 minutes. No flashlight required. There are steps and a wooden walkway that is not easily navigated by those with mobility limitations. Unfortunately no wheelchair access. The caves themselves are a restored natural wonder! The tour guides give their own flavor to the information presented, so no tours are ever going to be exactly the same. Prices are Adults: $10 Seniors 62 and older plus military: $8 Children 4-12: $6 Children 3 and under: Free The 2020 Season runs to Sept 30th. It's worth an hour or two of your time. There is also a nearby "Trading Post" that has an extensive collection of rocks and Native American arts and handicrafts.

LOL. I did not tell my family any details I read in the reviews, and they thanked me for it afterwards. Quirky. Creepy. Mysterious. Fascinating. Absolutely memorable. The museum is chock-full of the odd and intriguing. Natural & human history from around the world. Artifacts need a good cleaning, but the fact that they haven't been dusted for years makes them that much more "charming". Water damage on the placards was unfortunate (the roof was leaking badly during a torrential summer rain while we were there) but it added to the feeling that we were rummaging around in our grandparents attic. Bummed they only let you explore half of the cave, but the overall experience (including free use of lanterns, the museum, and a dozen free-range peacocks) was well-worth the stop. Highly recommended experience, but not for the "normal" reasons. Do it!
