Northern circuit for a week and Zanzibar for a week. Despite having limited reviews, I decided to go for Raja Tours since it was very attractively priced and I was impressed by their quick response and helpful attitude on emails. While we were on the trip, the quality was exactly as promised - from our guide to hotels to food! I would highly recommend them if you're planning to visit Tanzania and / or Zanzibar.

Selous Game Reserve is the largest Game Reserves in Africa covers a total area of 54,600 km2 , located in the south of Tanzania. It was named after Englishman Sir Frederick Selous, a famous big game hunter and early conservationist, who died at Behobeho in his territory in 1917 while fighting against the Germans during First World War. The Selous Game Reserve was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1982 due to the diversity of its wildlife and undisturbed nature. Mikumi NP was established in1964 covering an area of 1070 square kilometers; it was later extended in 1975 to cover the current area of 3,230 square kilometers. Mikumi National Park is located to the North of the famous Selous Game Reserve. The park is the fifth largest National Park in Tanzania and the most accessible from Dar es Salaam throughout the year

Wonderful to see the amazing animals in an unspoilt part of Africa. The guides are incredible and so knowledgeable. To wake to the sounds of the bush, to see the magnificent scenes and to have the excitement of arriving in a small plane - it is a magical experience and we long to return to meet up with some of the friendly people we met and their care of the environment

Hamad was our tour guide and driver. He picked us up at 4:30 am to avoid traffic as much as possible. We had breakfast on the way which was super delicious: banana soup with beef. The drive and check-in process at the reserve we’re smooth. He got our tickets, requested our lunch from the menu and we were set on our way. Considering it’s COVID times, we were only a party of 2 and I think I speak for my friend and I when I say that it was an amazing trip. Hamad was very knowledgeable about the animals, their ways and their habits, not to mention a very skilled driver in the mud. He welcomed our questions and spoke really good English and saved no efforts in scouting the animals. He said that he had a 20+ experience in tourism and I believe it! ????

We booked a day tour with African Pangolin Safaris. They were very responsive and organized a tour for us only one day ahead of our inquiry. It was a wonderful experience! Our tour guide and driver was Yunus. He is very knowledgeable of both animals and plants and the Mikumi Park and area in general. The road and traffic from Dar Es Salaam to Mikumi is very busy and crowded and the travel takes some time and effort - Yunus also did that part like a pro, always calm and careful. I wholeheartedly recommend African Pangolin Safaris, great agency and great people!

Jacob was the man behind the operation, he was very helpful in answering my questions and helped me plan the trip and SAVE money. Yes! He helped me SAVE money on lodging by offering the Taji Rest House, which is a great lodge in the middle of the Serengeti (5 stars to the staff that work there, as well). The prices were great, better than other companies. Freddy was the man behind the wheel. He did a great job. He has eyes like binoculars... most of the time, he saw the animals before we did. He had extensive knowledge of all of the animals, as well as the area, itself. He answered all of my questions and did his best to make sure that we saw as many animals as possible... which we did. I'm very happy. The Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater are amazing. I highly recommend going to both places for your safari, and I highly recommend booking your trip with SmileWithUsTours. Also, one more thing I forgot to add: Freddy recommended that I double-check my flight, because he said Precision Air cancels flights a lot... and he was right. Thanks to him, I was able to find out that my flight was delayed and I was able to stay at the safari longer. Thanks again, guys!

I did 13 days safari tour in Kenya and Tanzania with Exciting Africa Holidays and I loved the experience. The communication was easy and Albert was always responsive from the start to the end of my trip. They tried to accommodate most of my requests and solve issues coming up. I only would suggest to better look into booking Tanzania safari through Tanzanian operators as an option. Although the border crossing and all the movements in between countries are easier with one operator and EAH really made it smooth for me, they couldn't totally control Tanzanian operator and there were a couple of misunderstandings. But I would say they have done their best to manage it. I recommend this company as they are reliable and responsive and worked hard to make this an amazing and beautiful experience for me. My tour guide Gibson was very knowledgable and really fun and I have had such a great time. Thank you EAH staff for this!

It's about three times the size of South Africa's Kruger National Park, and twice the size of the Serengeti National Park.
