Sedona is a true oasis, a vacationer’s paradise in the middle of the Arizona desert. Here, you’ll find resorts and spas, canyons and red rock formations. Bell Rock and Oak Creek Canyon are great hiking spots, and the dramatic architecture of the Chapel of the Holy Cross is a religious experience itself. When the sun dips down below the horizon it introduces the best show in Sedona: the night sky.

We live in the Phoenix area and have visited Exposures for the past several years. It is always a wonderful experience and we have purchases several pieces of art from them. The variety of art/artists is great and ranges in price from comfortable purchases to high end collector values. They have done a superb job of picking out diverse artists and feature them in diverse selections of work in glass, mixed media, paintings and sculpture. The jewelry features in the gallery is also very unique and appealing. We have purchased a number of paintings/pieces from Exposures and the pricing is very good for such a nice gallery, especially being in Sedona. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They have never been overbearing or pushy, but are always available to answer questions and help with ideas for placement, display, combining artists, etc. We have dealt with Jennifer Garcia, who I believe is a manager, and cannot say enough good things about her. She seems to get a “sense” for your taste to the point that we seek her out for paintings, artists as well as framing suggestions. Very solid gallery with amazing work. Definitely worth a one time visit but even better if you can frequent and even attend some of their artist-driven shows.

I had a dry brush/body wrap treatment that included a reflexology foot massage. It was HEAVEN!!! I have never had a body wrap and was a little worried about feeling claustrophobic but no worries! It was a light wrap! My masseuse was amazing! So knowledgeable and incredibly skilled! She took the time to get to know me and explained the treatment to me and also customized it to fit me! ???? I am definitely coming back! I wholeheartedly recommend this amazing little piece of heaven!

My friend and I visited the spa in early April, we both had the 90 min, Turquoise Sage Body treatment which we both loved. The spa is very relaxing, clean and the hot tub area was very nice. We used the hot tub before our appt and they offered snacks and waters (and mimosas!). WE highly recommend it!

We realize things don't always run perfectly even when everyone puts in their best effort, and want to thank you for working with us to help create personalized, professional treatments.
Great massages, great space, and very flexible on booking and scheduling. This is a somewhat hidden (maybe not) gem right off the main drag of Uptown Sedona. Highly recommend for those more interested in a truly great massage experience vs. the extra frills of an often overpriced hotel-style spa.

The Hike House is Sedona's Premier Hiking Store. The store provides a unique technology that helps you find the perfect trail in Sedona (over 100 trails), Footwear, Gear, Guided Adventures and Energy Cafe (smoothies, cookies, trail mix station and coffee)
If you plan on hiking make this place your go to. My wife and I went in to see what gear they had as we forgot a couple of things and the staff here are so helpful. Tal helped us lay out our hikes for the weekend in the morning and then helped us find a great pair of hiking shoes for my wife even though we came back right before closing. It was a fantastic experience and we will definitely stop here again next time we are in Sedona.

This was my first time to Inner Journeys, and I immediately felt welcome in the beautiful home space Mariposa and Kurt share with their guests -- warm lighting, beautiful art, inviting essential oils, friendly family pets (kept in a separate space), and an outdoor space full of treasures including statues, crystals, and a medicine wheel. They each offered helpful, complementary healing arts to help me clear pain I've been holding onto from traumas (EFT with Mariposa and Emotion Code with Kurt), connect with Spirit (Angel medicine), and gain clarity on future directions. This is such a gift at this time of transition, when my PhD is winding down and my partner and I are launching a wellness business / social venture to serve many people. My partner and I combined individual sessions, and did a couples session with their colleague, Maia, which was also very insightful in helping us recognize current patterns linked to beliefs and behaviors adopted in childhood, and giving concrete guidance on how to strengthen ourselves physically, mentally and spiritually for the journey ahead. Mariposa also led us through a shamanic journey to conclude our time, which allowed me to connect with animal spirits and symbols that helped me to heal, encouraged me to accept my life path (with its beauty and sorrow), and realize that I already have everything I need to live in alignment with my true purpose. I am so grateful for this experience, and highly, highly recommend the soul medicine Mariposa, Kurt (and Maia) offer. It is SUCH a worthwhile investment in yourself. I am/We are working to integrate the insights gained, and I hope to return in the future.

I absolutely recommend you go if you want authentic art and a knowledgeable art dealer who can aid you in understanding the nuances and intricacies of the different types of Native American art. I had so much fun walking through each room and it was all explained so well! I was even able to get my anniversary present shipped home so I could finish my vacation without worry of breaking it! It was waiting for me when I arrived home.

We offer modest price blends for shoppers new to high quality teas, but connoisseurs will be surprised with our premium, rare and "tribute" teas & full line of tea accessories, gifts & art
Out of all the Tea houses/places I’ve visited in my lifetime, Trailhead Tea is by far the BEST and my most favorite unforgettable Tea Experience I’ve ever had the privilege to enjoy. The owners, Eileen and Dan, are genuinely & passionately knowledgeable about their teas and humbly grateful for their willingness & openness to answer any of our questions. Plus, they are down-to-earth friendly and can talk tea and life for days; completely personable. Loved that my husband and I got to visit and hang with them with a cup of their deliciously divine “Sedona Morning” tea.
