A one-of-kind photo adventure with a vintage Seaside theme! All props are upside down (inverted) and hung from the ceiling, allowing for a fun interactive photo opportunity! Use your smartphone or ours, with the help of our staff take the best, fun pose in the scene of your choice, then invert it and you're now upside down!
We had a great time. Even my teenage son who hates having pictures taken of him was enjoying the experience. They did a great job during the photo shoot. Even after they went above and beyond to help us get a picture. I highly recommend

Just another amazing American road side natural attraction, the Jewelll Mountain Elk Reserve is definitely work a stop. We happened on this by chance; a logging truck was tailgating us on Hwy 26 so we pulled over. In front of us was an expansive green meadow with many elk chilling in the light rain. So peaceful, serene, and natural. We felt blessed chance brought us here. Plan you stop to be sure not to miss!

We were introduced to this place 10 years ago and made a point to come here when we returned to the area. Great food (come hungry-- generous portions), the log building/restaurant & logging equipment/collections are impressive (check out the "ridge pole" at the top of the ceiling as well as the solid-log bar in the basement) and the staff friendly (despite the fact that we showed up right before closing). Husband & son enjoyed the machinery/logging stuff; daughter & I enjoyed the fall decor/fireplaces; we all enjoyed the food. :-)

I never fail to stop by to browse or buy at Seaside's Antique Mall. The Mall is vast and chock full of antiques, vintage items and collectibles. I never seem to leave without some treasure.

The only thing small town about this book store is its location. The staff is very knowledgeable and on top of what is important to readers today. They keep their finger on the pulse of what is up-and-coming both in nonfiction and fiction and if the book is not on the Shelf they can get it for you without any difficulty. I don't live in Seaside, but I still consider Beach books my local bookstore. Most of the year I call and request books and they mail them to me at my home address in Alaska. You don't have to live in Seaside to make Beach books your local bookstore.

We are a small and growing winery with big personality, based in Hood River, Oregon. It's our belief that few things in this world can't be made better by a glass of wine and an honest conversation between friends. So join us as we pop open a bottle of wine and share time with each other. Our Seaside tasting room is our largest location with 2 large rooms, 2 serving bars, and large accordion doors that open to an outside patio and let the ocean breeze in. Our Hood River tasting room is located in a newly renovated spot in Hood River at 606 Oak Street. This tasting room is an intimate and chic space serving up delicious wine. Outside, our dog-friendly patio opens to a courtyard with breathtaking views of the Columbia River Gorge. Evoke Winery Bend in the Old Mill District is charming and intimate with a cozy inside area and open outdoor patio. Find us on Facebook and Instagram. First weekend opened due to gov't covid closures. Wonderful wine, creative bottle names to stimulate conversation, fun cracker and cheese selection (or they will let you bring food from outside vendors), friendly servers.

The owners have totally renovated the town's movie theater from 1941, adding wonderful, individual theater seats, each with a small tables that can be used for your order of sandwiches and salads, appetizers, mac and cheese, etc. They also have a full bar, and the place is also a microbrewery; the movie screen is kept rolled into the ceiling when not showing a flick so that you can see all of the large steel beer casks and equipment that they lined up in the back section of the stage. We had lunch there today, and our waiter said that the front section of the stage is used for concerts and bands who play there, and the area in front of the stage which has no seats is used as a dance floor. The mezzanine has scads more seats with tables and more steel beer casks. My techie husband checked out the projection room, and said that they'd installed a really expensive state-of-the art modern projector. We were so impressed with the thought and expense that went into the upgrade. We'll be going back tomorrow night to watch a movie with cocktails and dinner!
