This makes the Grand Canyon in the United States look infant small and so little vegetation; very rustic in comparison to the this verdant green! We took pics of several people climbing up to the peak of these rock formations! Ancient carved-out steps in the mountain side and bridges lead us to other peaks and look-out spots of spectacular views for miles all around. It was remarkable to think of how they were able to build such a castle and community and survive there. Well worth seeing.

The "wondrous" aspect of this bridge that spans the Elbe is its construction. It is one of the first steel suspension bridges in the world requiring no supporting piers in the water.
