The oldest nougat shop in Vaucluse! Created in 1887, it makes continue the Provençal tradition with its recipes of white and black nougat with IGP lavender honey and almonds from Provence, traditional macaroons , home-made marshmallows, without forgetting its large range of pastries, and the ice-cream maker during summer! Free visit of the workshops and tasting all year long by appointment for the groups from 15 people.
