Love this store!! It's one of the few locally owned music stores around that I know of and a must see while visiting the 30A area. I live a little over an hour from here but always make time to come here when I can. (especially now that my teenage son is starting to collect Vinyl) They have a great selection of Vinyl, CD's, T-Shirts, Record Players, Speakers and all kinds of cool stuff. The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable of anything you ask them.

Saczynski Gallery, located in Grayton Beach, showcases mixed media art by 2013 South Walton Artist of the Year Andy Saczynski. Artist is available onsite to meet and discuss his work.
My husband & I discovered Andy’s gallery in Grayton Beach about 6 years ago…it is an everchanging collection of funky, unique, dimensional, colorful pieces of art. We told ourselves back then that when we were able to purchase a beach home in Destin, having one of Andy’s pieces on our walls was a must! Supporting local artists and furnishing our home with local artwork was very important to us. Now fast-forward to owning our tiny Destin home, we are also proud owners of three original Andy Saczynski’s – the Western Lake Pines & Dunes painting which will always remind us of our favorite place Grayton Beach, “Oliver” a fun assemblage mask which hangs next to our wine rack & a vintage shoeshine stool which I commissioned Andy to paint for me similar to some furniture he has on display in his gallery (see photos). He gave me just what I wanted…a fun piece that makes me smile every time I prop my feet on it while reading in my favorite chair. Talking to Andy every time we visit is a treat…he is calm, quiet & down to earth, yet very enthusiastic about his work & always has a story to tell. His creations are not your average “beach art”, although some pieces do have a beach-feel…he has a very unique take on things that shows in his work…nothing but high quality. Andy’s wife, Lori, writes a blog on his website which is a good read…they have a life story to tell which hasn’t always been easy but really impresses me. So when you are traveling in the 30A area of Florida, be sure to visit this gallery, feast your eyes on his latest creations & chat a bit…I really wish I had more wallspace! ????

I was told about this little gem and decided to give it a visit recently. Oh am I glad that I did. Just a small little shop tucked in a neighborhood with other quaint boutiques and a short walk away from the Gulf of Mexico. The smell the minute you enter is mouthwatering to say the least. It’s the sweet smell of chocolate and caramel YUM!! Their ice creams and candies are all homemade in house and everything we sampled was delicious. They are definitely expert candy and ice cream makers. Their brittles were divine as well!! Great job to the owners who were there working and greeting the patrons. Very hands on and it shows.

Stopped in here for a big family dinner. Got Snapper, Salmon, Tuna, Shrimp and Stone Crabs. The girl serving us was excellent as she hand trimmed each filet and even picked out some bones. The quality of the seafood was excellent. No fishy smell here.. the stone crabs and Yellowfin Tuna were excellent!!!
