Massages are the treasures of wellbeing. Help yourself with the healing power of hands. You will find your inner balance and harmony. Additional you can have Exfoliants & Wrappings Skin. Natural Body treatments are the connection of body and soul, as you treat your skin, it creates a space with your interior which produces a better mood and quality of life & the Facial cleansing is a total release of impurities, giving a younger appearance and without fatigue.
I’ve just spent an excellent 60 minutes laying down, enjoying the best massage I’ve ever experienced. The pressure was perfect, the atmosphere was very relaxing. Both masseuses (my partner had one at the same time) were very welcoming, very engaging and attentive to our requirements. Compared to other places in the area, the prices are very reasonable. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you’re in Monteverde and fancy a treat, or in need of a massage, head here!

He is from Monteverde and can recommend restaurants, shops, tours, and will take you to see the sunset even after he’s dropped you off at your destination. Awesome experience.

The Hidden Valley Permaculture Farm is located at the Monteverde Inn and is fully integrated with the Escondido Preserve. This tour provides some wonderful insights into practical techniques for achieving sustainability. It is interesting, educational and very encouraging to see how they are addressing the challenge of maintaining a comfortable hotel environment while reducing the impact on the natural environment. Obviously there's much more to the story than can be described in a short review and I can only say that we found the afternoon fascinating. I believe they may be considering some educational programs and, based on this tour, we'd certainly consider making a special trip if they do!!

Our family wakes up early at the warmth of the wooden stove, we gather to plan the day around the flavor of handmade tortillas. We grew up at the shade of the great ficus and enjoys the songs of the free birds and the mischievous monkeys, cultivate life and food to help us survive in an economy in which money has value, but we have the certain that it is not all !!! We are a local family and our job is to share the life philosophy that we got as a heritage, communion with the great diversity in which we have the opportunity of walking up, working on the conservation of the forest and offering visitors the unforgettable experience of nature image, walking through our different trails you will encounter a transition forest a bridge between The Cloud Forest and the Dry Forest; with an abundance of endemic and fruit bearing trees in the area that make it suitable birds watching, wildlife observation and wide array flora that characterizes the area. You will be surprised by two beautiful waterfalls, panoramic views, coffee and banana plantations grown in harmony with the rich biodiversity of 48 hectares of protected area. In our quest to conserve the forest we are part of the Biological Corridor Bellbird, planting and giving maintenance to about 1,000 trees per year, this association's project to reforest the corridor where they nest and eat these beautiful birds. Bellbird Association
It doesn’t come up when you look for cooking classes in the area but I’m glad I stumbled upon it anyways! Christopher, whose love of coffee is epic and made us wish we did his coffee tour, was a friendly face as we walked through making three Costa Rican dishes. Everything was well-prepared but also hands on and delicious. I’ve brought back home some of the ingredients so that I can make it for myself again, and soon! It was a warm and welcoming atmosphere, made intimate because we were the only students of the day. Highly recommended!!

Half way between the town of Santa Elena and the Santa Elena Preserve the Sky Walk is located: This complex use trails, suspension bridges for a more tranquil introduction to the ecology and natives of the forest canopy, constructed within the cloud forest. It allows a vision of the forest from a different perspective which starts with a walk on the ground taking you up to explore the treetops, a hardly discovered habitat, called the “canopy” with a naturalist guide. Also discover the night wildlife at our Sky Walk Night Tour.
This is the trip we had been looking forward to the most The pick up time was 7am and the journey was long over the mountains with spectacular views First stop was to a coffee farm very interesting and informative with plenty of different flavors to try on to the humming bird gardens and a chance to see the beauty of these birds all around you The sky walk is truly amazing and i am scared of heights there are 8 bridges over the forest below the views are spectacular with a guide who was very informative about his country overall a great day and worth every penny
